Virtual items expire and are forfeited if your account is terminated or remains inactive for an extended period.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform solely for personal entertainment purposes. If you submit feedback, suggestions, comments, ideas, designs or other content ("User Content") to us through any channel, you grant Arcadenookmygrov Interactive Studios Oy a perpetual, irrevocable, worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive, sublicensable and transferable license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, distribute and display such User Content for any purpose, without compensation or attribution. You represent that you have all necessary rights to grant this license.

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain damages, so portions of this section may not apply to you.
You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless Arcadenookmygrov Interactive Studios Oy, its officers, directors, employees, agents and affiliates from any and all claims, damages, losses, costs and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from: (a) your violation of these Terms; (b) your use or misuse of the Platform; (c) your violation of any law or third-party right; (d) any User Content you submit; (e) your negligence or willful misconduct.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Platform at any time, with or without notice, for any reason — including but not limited to violations of these Terms, suspected fraud, illegal activity, prolonged inactivity or operational reasons. Upon termination, your right to use the Platform ceases immediately and all virtual items are forfeited. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (Intellectual Property, Liability, Indemnification, Governing Law) will remain in effect.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time, in our sole discretion. Updated Terms will be posted on this page with a revised "Last updated" date. Material changes will be communicated through prominent on-Platform notice and, where appropriate, by email. Continued use of the Platform after modification constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree, you must discontinue use immediately.
Any dispute, claim or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Platform shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved within 30 days, the dispute may be referred to mediation or arbitration in Helsinki, Finland under the Rules of the Finland Chamber of Commerce. Consumers within the European Union retain the right to use the European Commission's Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr and to bring claims before the consumer-protection authorities of their country of residence. Nothing in these Terms limits any mandatory consumer rights you may have under applicable law.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Finland, without regard to its conflict-of-laws provisions. Subject to mandatory consumer-protection rules in your country of residence, any disputes that proceed in court shall be brought exclusively in the District Court of Helsinki (Helsingin käräjäoikeus), Finland, and you consent to personal jurisdiction in that court.
If any provision of these Terms is found by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, illegal or unenforceable, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, Cookies Policy and Responsible Gaming guidelines, constitute the entire agreement between you and Arcadenookmygrov Interactive Studios Oy concerning the Platform and supersede all prior or contemporaneous communications, whether electronic, oral or written.
Our failure to enforce any provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of that provision or any other. You may not assign or transfer your rights or obligations under these Terms without our prior written consent. We may assign these Terms freely, including in connection with a merger, acquisition or sale of assets.
